Hi,
Jochen hat den Besuch des Daimler und des Porsche Müseums empfohlen,
Connor stimmt dem zu und empfiehlt den Besuch der Classikwelt in Friedrichshafen.

Hej Peter!
You could also visit the "Auto & Technik MUSEUM SINSHEIM" in the south-west of Germany. Check out their homepage:

Peter,
you could go to the famos Nürburgring also ( near the city "Adenau", about 60/80 km southwest of Cologne).
If there is no race or a similar event you can drive on the race track.
Very impressive for sightseeing also.
Enjoy Germany, even if the weather normaly is sh....

Peter,
I'm not so shure that our normal German weather will be regarded as fine in Sweden.
Around 15-20 C, drizzle or showers is a quite normal weather for middle of June, especially in the Nürburgring area.
On th other hand it can also happen that the weather is nice, but the probability is not too high, so do not assume to much (in that case you should visit Italy, Spain or our member Scotty in DXB)

That will lead to another question, should I have the hard top on, or only the soft top?
The noise could be a little frustrating for 4000 km on a week, with only the soft top on...

Uuups,
I did not intend to give you the impression that you are visiting Siberia
If you want to go fast on the Autobahn with 200km/h or more the hardtop causes much less noise, but if you are not on the Autobahn with hardtop you cannot cruise with open top and that will be a pitty (if the sun is shining)
And if you are visiting Austria or Bavaria and the alps it will be a disadvantage not to open the top.
I allways travel with softtop during my summerholidays, if necessary a bit slower - I think up to 160 km/h softop does not cause such a big noise problem.

Ok, it will probably be with the soft top on, lets see what the weather reports says when we get closer in time, thanks!
