Hi all

Sorry to write in English, but my German is non-existing...
Planning a trip to Germany, and possibly Austria, week 24, starting with June 10.

I am looking for any R129 events, or good shops specializing on R129 in Germany or Austria, or whatever that came out your replies. Also if you have any tips on nice roads on the way between Hamburg and München, it is much appreciated!

Hallo Peter

I`m sorry I have no adress for an good shop specialzed on R129 - but in Stuttgart is the museum from Mercedes-Benz with the whole History of the cars "Mercedes-Benz" / company "Daimler".

And the second Museum is in Stuttgart-Feuerbach from Porsche !

Both Museum are realy new and you must have seen them :daumenh:

Have a nice trip and enjoy the drive with the SL through Germany + Austria !

if you follow Jochens tips, visting MB Museum in Stuttgart, than
take a tour to the Bodensee. From 14th to 16th of June there is a great
exhibition in Friedrichshafen.
